One of the most notable and successful ska-punk bands of all time, Sublime, has sold over 17 million albums worldwide. The groups success stems from their multi-platinum landmark debut album, 40oz. to Freedom, lo-fi follow up, Robbin’ the Hood and the multi-platinum self-titled major label debut (a virtual greatest hits set in itself) all widely regarded as music collection staples.
The founding members of Sublime, drummer Bud Gaugh and bass player Eric Wilson, along with new front man, singer/guitarist Rome make up Sublime with Rome. The group will kick off their summer tour on July 7th in Redmond, WA and will make their way across the US. Stopping along the way to play a number of festival dates, Sublime with Rome is finally giving a number of songs their proper stage debuts including “Under My Voodoo,” Burritos,” and the fan favorite, “What I Got.” Accompanying the band on a number of headlining tour dates will be the The Dirty Heads who currently have a #1 single with “Lay Me Down.”

It seems like everyone (most certainly including me) loves Lady Antebellum – country music fans, pop music fans. If you have any taste whatsoever in great music, liking Lady Antebellum is a given.
Below is an AOL Session of Lady Antebellum performing their monster hit Need You Now. Outstanding!

Artist: Heidi Newfield (You probably remember her as the lead singer of Trick Pony)
Song: Johnny and June
Why We Love the Song and Video: How could you not love Heidi’s voice? It’s amazing. Heidi looks great and has a ton of charisma and spark. I think this video is as visually beautiful as Heidi is. When you add in the fact that Johnny and June’s love story was one of the sweetest ever, this whole shebang falls under the category “Can’t miss.”
Stylishly gorgeous and gorgeously stylish Rihanna and her impossibly cute dog were out being fabuous on May 13. The purse? The jeans? The hoops? The top? The figure? Does anyone have it more going on than this girl?
