Reports state that Britney Spears has given birth to a boy, Preston Michael Spears Federline - congrats to the parents, nutty as they may be.

Also, 98 Degrees band member (if there still is such thing as a 98 Degrees) Justin Jeffre (who?) fared not-so-good (well, he tanked) in the Cincinnati Mayoral Primary with only 708 votes. Awwwwww…..
