Leona Lewis Defies All Logic and Reason

Not long ago I posted something to the effect of never sing a song that Whitney Houston has sung - that to do so was just setting yourself up for failure, ridicule, or both (or something like that).

It appears that I sould have said UNLESS your name is Leona Lewis, in which case you can sing anything in the world that anyone in the world has ever sung, and blow everyone in the world away.

You know me - I’m a card carrying Whitney Houston fanatic, but I think Leona Lewis is just as amazing. And beautiful!

I like her voice better than Mariah’s or Celine’s.

Leona’s going to appear on this week’s American Idol Result’s show - how amazing is that?!?! I actually just minutes ago bought a domain and plan to have a Leona Lewis web site up by the end of the week. I’d LOVE for it to be up and going before her AI appearance, but I don’t see that happening. Unless, of course, I simply neglect sleep and eating.

That’s pretty much out of the question…even for Leona.
