Chris was AMAZING in both performances – I’ve listened to both of them over and over and over. Both songs could easily be played on the radio right now – and be better than 98% of what’s on. Love his voice!
He was awesome as always – and Katharine was also GREAT. Don’t know what problem the judges have with her, but she has more talent than their “girls” Carrie or Fantasia ever had. JMO, of course! She also gets more and more beautiful each week. Beautiful girl, beautiful voice. Her future will be alot of fun to behold. I think she’ll eclipse Kelly Clarkson. Katharine’s the total package, and whether she wins AI or not, she’s going to be a HUGE star.
While I’m on a roll – I think the three of them are way too hard on Paris, too. She’s entertaining, has an amazing voice – and her personality’s adorable. Wish they’d give the girl a freakin’ break.
I thought the ham was hammy. That’s all I can say about him. He just tries to ham it up, knowing that his fans will vote, no matter what. It’s a singing competition, ham hocks! It should be about the singing, not the tomfoolery.
As for Elliott – loved the second song. Actually, LOVED LOVED LOVED the second song. He sounded sensational and I loved his voice doing that smokey little whispery thing. Great job. If I can quit listening to Chris over and over and over – I’ll listen to Elliott again.
