Jessica Simpson can’t catch a break! First her husband, Nick Lachey, breaks her heart and then tries to take everything else, then come all the pictures and articles about plastic surgery, and now she’s being sued by a clothing company for $100 million - even Nicky isn’t asking for that much.

She had signed a contract with this clothing company in 2004 - they say that she hasn’t worn or promoted their line of clothing like she’d agreed to. The real kicker is that these clothing items are named after her! The Princy line of jeans is named for a nickname given to her by her father. The other collection is JS by Jessica Simpson - since 2004, they contend that she has rarely been seen in these clothes and has refused to be photographed wearing them.

I think the real kicker was this: She was recently asked what her favorite jeans were, and her answer was, “True Religion” rather than “Princy.”

In other Jessica news, she is working on her CD which will FINALLY come out sometime this year. She is currently in production on the comedy Employee of the Month and recently signed on to star in the movie, “Major Movie Star.” It’s about an actress who hits rock bottom and joins the Marines.

She’s also rumored to have landed a role in an upcoming Baywatch movie.

Best of all, however, is the fact that she is looking to adopt a baby - apparently overseas, and is funding her own orphanage. IF, I assume, everyone keeps their hands off of HER money!!!
