Exciting! Today marks the world premiere of Green Day’s video for “Know Your Enemy.” The video which was directed by Mathew Cullen (Weezer, Velvet Revolver) can be seen on MTV, VH1, The N, Palladia, MTV2, mtvU, MTV Tr3s, MTV Hits, MTV.com, VH1.com, as well as on MTV and VH1′s international channels, making it the first global cross-channel video premiere for MTV and VH1 networks.
21st Century Breakdown will be released worldwide on May 15th and a full U.S. tour will follow beginning July 3rd in Seattle, Washington. For a list of tour dates, head to www.GreenDay.com.
Fans can pre-order the album on iTunes now and receive four bonus tracks, two of which will only be included in the pre-order. The limited special edition vinyl/CD art book is also available for pre-order now and features the full length CD, three 10 vinyls and a special book containing 60 pages of unique album art. These special editions are limited to 3000 pieces and a guaranteed one-time pressing.
