FINALLY - the votes played out just like they should have! Chris and Katharine were obviously the best of the night, and they were the top vote-getters.
Everything, at this moment anyway, is perfectly-aligned in the Idol Universe.

Kat was amazing Tuesday nite. And of course she’s not as good as Whitney, not even live Whitney is/was as good on record/studio version Whitney.
Kat being one of the top 2 vote getters is like the American audience giving a middle finger to the 3 judges for their unjustifiably harsh comments/criticisms.
Kat might not be Whitney, but she def. held her own.
