Singer/songwriter Tamar Kaprelian sat down with Hollywire in Los Angeles to talk about everything from how her music career began to where she gets inspired to write new music. The twenty-three year old discusses working with OneRepubilc’s Ryan Tedder and how he helped her ultimately decide on the name for her debut album, Sinner or a Saint. Tamar also explains how honored she feels to be label-mates with the likes of Lady Gaga and The Black Eyed Peas.
Tamar shared an intimate acoustic performance of her single “New Day” which was recently featured on American Idol. The track appears on her debut album, Sinner or a Saint, available on iTunes now via Interscope Records.
